Custom medals and medallions are made of die-struck brass and iron, or die-cast zinc alloy. Doesn't matter which material is chosen, soft enamel colors, imitation hard enamel colors, UV printing, and various antique finishing are all applicable to your custom medals. If you prefer to feel the weight of sports medallions, brass material is the best choice; while zinc alloy material has the advantages of being suitable for fully cubic designs, designs with intricate cutouts, low-budget projects, and compatible with all kinds of finishing and colors.
AWELLS use the latest CNC machine technology to create custom medals and medallions featuring intricate designs with 3D cubic, relief sculpture, or fully cubic figures. To ensure accuracy, we provide CNC 3D artwork for approval before engraving molds. Although creating CNC artwork is more expensive than 2D artwork, we provide it as a courtesy for the best possible outcome.
